Royal United Services Institute (RUSI)
Building membership, raising income
What was needed
Royal United Services Institute was created by Wellington to ensure the Government was guided on matters of national defence. Today, with 3,000 international members it needs to be modern, relevant and efficient. Digital services need to be connected, communications consistent, member services seamless and access to content, white papers, conferences and events immediate. Panlogic was brought into re-develop their membership website and fully integrate with their NetCommunity CRM.
What we did
Following a detailed discovery process covering functional and non-functional requirements our designers and technical architects designed a website that answered the needs of over thirty key stakeholders. The new Drupal 8 website provided drag-and-drop content management to cover the requirement of a disparate policy and comms team. The NetCommunity CRM integration provided single-sign on capability for members and search was vastly improved following the migration of over 4,000 documents.
The new website improved usability by members and provided a flexible, scalable and easy-to-use administrative back-end for internal teams. With seamless CRM and payment provider integration it provided RUSI with an outstanding digital footprint aligning with their desire to extend their global profile.
