Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea
Driving increased revenues for local councils
Diversifying income and bringing in additional revenues is key to local councils and boroughs. The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) wanted to increase revenue from their wedding venues, corporate meeting revenues, general tourism and visits to the borough.
With multiple departments and diversified publishing we needed to develop a content management service that was easy to use whilst having sufficient editorial controls. Following in-depth discovery amongst internal and external users we worked with Drupal’s multi-site service whilst also bringing to life RBKC’s refreshed brand profile. A service fit for a King.
Panlogic’s user focused and agile process has provided us with a great platform to build our new micro-sites. The team pulled out all the stops to deliver a modern, responsive design that was well researched and supported the businesses objectives. Our users’ needs were strongly represented through various user testing methods and Panlogic’s innovative ideas means we’ll vastly improve our digital offering and provide real value. The designs provide the basis for future redevelopment of other micro sites, and Panlogic have taken great consideration to ensure they can be used well into the future. We have found their team to be helpful and supportive, and we hope to work together again in the future.
