Improving internal communications
Supporting stakeholders across a functional, political and local authority matrix, the London Councils intranet provides teams with fingertip internal communication knowledge. With a constant drive to reduce process and paperwork the intranet is being made extensible to staff development and reviews.
Our consultants led interviews and workshops to better understand the needs of intranet users. These identified a range of needs from employee directories, room bookings, HR forms and processes, how-to tutorials and access to various online databases. Built in Drupal the website gives authorised content access according to roles and responsibilities.
